Terms & Conditions – MAACAT Space

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), the following definitions apply:

• Platform: Refers to the MAACAT Space website and all related digital services, features, and tools.
• User: Any individual accessing, interacting with, or using the Platform.
• Owner/Supporter: A user submitting a website, content, or digital resource for inclusion on MAACAT Space.
• Key Codes: Unique codes generated by MAACAT Space that grant access to specific services or features for a limited duration.

2. Eligibility

To use MAACAT Space, you must be at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements and agree to comply with all Terms outlined herein.

3. Use of the Platform

Users agree to use MAACAT Space lawfully, ethically, and respectfully. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Upload, submit, or distribute malicious, harmful, or illegal content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, servers, or third-party systems.
• Disrupt or interfere with Platform services or the experience of other users.
• Engage in discriminatory, offensive, or abusive behavior, including content related to racism, harassment, or hate speech.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension, removal of submitted content, or termination of access without prior notice.

4. Accounts and Access

Certain features of the Platform require account creation or registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity performed under their accounts.

You agree to notify MAACAT Space immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

5. Submission of Websites by Owners or Supporters

Users may submit their own websites or digital resources for inclusion on MAACAT Space to increase visibility. Submission guidelines include:

• The website must be active and up-to-date. Evidence includes the presence of a copyright notice at the footer, e.g., © 2026 MAACAT Space • All Rights Reserved (updated to the current year).
• The website must be responsive across different screen sizes, including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Content must comply with ethical standards; no offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material is allowed.
• Submissions are subject to review and approval by MAACAT Space. Approval is at our discretion and may consider quality, compliance, and relevance.
• Payment for boosted listings or promotional placement is processed only after approval.

6. Payments, Key Codes, and Subscriptions

MAACAT Space may offer paid plans, services, or features accessible via Key Codes. Users must adhere to the following:

• Key Codes have a validity period of 30 days from the date of generation.
• Expired Key Codes cannot be reused or redeemed.
• If a Key Code is generated by mistake or an incorrect website code is submitted, users may request a refund according to our Refund Policy.
• All payments are securely processed via third-party providers, such as Stripe or Gumroad. Payment information is never stored directly on our Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, and branding on MAACAT Space are the exclusive property of MAACAT Space. Users are prohibited from unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use.

Users retain all rights to their own submitted websites or content while granting MAACAT Space a non-exclusive license to display and promote the content on the Platform.

8. User Content and Conduct

Users who submit content agree that their submissions:

• Are original or properly licensed for submission.
• Do not violate any intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Comply with ethical standards, including the prohibition of offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content.
• Do not compromise Platform security or the experience of other users.

9. Service Availability

MAACAT Space aims to provide continuous access to the Platform; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. Users are encouraged to plan accordingly and understand that minor interruptions may occur.

10. Termination and Suspension

MAACAT Space reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in the event of Terms violations, unethical conduct, or security concerns. Termination may occur without prior notice at our sole discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAACAT Space is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, interactions with third-party websites, or reliance on submitted content.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, errors, downtime, or disputes arising from submitted websites.

12. Refunds

Refund requests related to paid listings, Key Codes, or accidental submissions must follow the MAACAT Space Refund Policy. Requests should be sent to: maacatspace.cc@gmail.com. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review.

13. Privacy

User data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the MAACAT Space Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, users consent to our data handling practices.

14. Modifications to Terms

MAACAT Space may update or revise these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union and Italy. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
