This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on MAACAT Space (maacatspace.cc), including digital access, key codes, license keys, activation tools, and boost-related digital services.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
MAACAT Space provides digital services that generate key codes, license keys, activation access, and related online features.
Due to the nature of digital products, once a key or license is generated and delivered, it cannot be physically returned.
For this reason, refund eligibility is limited and subject to the specific conditions described in this policy.
Customers have 24 hours from the time of payment to request a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
After 24 hours, refund requests will not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If a customer enters the correct Game ID or Box Code, successfully generates a Key Code or License Key, and completes the payment, a refund may be requested within 24 hours ONLY if the following conditions are met:
• The form titled "Boost for 30 Days" has NOT been completed
• Personal data has NOT been submitted in that form
• The "Submit" button inside the Boost form has NOT been clicked
Once the "Boost for 30 Days" form has been completed and submitted, the service is considered activated and fully delivered.
In such cases, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
If a customer enters an incorrect Game ID, types a code that does not exist on maacatspace.cc, or generates a key for a Box Code they did not intend to use, the customer must contact us within 24 hours.

• Full name
• Email used for purchase
• Date of transaction
• Description of the issue
• The Game ID or Box Code entered
If the incorrect code does not allow access to the "Boost for 30 Days" form and no activation occurred, the request may qualify for refund review.
If approved, MAACAT Space will process the refund within a maximum of 48 hours.
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
• The "Boost for 30 Days" form has been submitted
• The service has been activated or used
• More than 24 hours have passed since payment
• Change of mind after activation
• Failure to read instructions or product details
• Attempted misuse of the system
• Repeated refund abuse
• Fraudulent activity
All valid refund requests are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours.
If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unnecessary or abusive chargebacks may result in:
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent restriction from future services
Fraudulent disputes may be investigated.
MAACAT Space reserves the right to log activation data, verify key generation records, review system timestamps, and deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
Our digital system records activation status to protect against misuse and unauthorized refund attempts.
This Refund Policy does not override statutory consumer rights that may apply under local laws.
Customers located in certain jurisdictions, including the European Union, may have additional rights depending on digital service regulations.
